Q. Are you seeking owner operators or executive owners?
A. Great question! We want our owners to be actively involved even if they are not a certified and trained instructor. Some multi-unit owners may choose to hire a manager to oversee day-to-day operations while the franchise owners focuses on local studio marketing, membership development and community engagement.
Q. Can I own more than one studio?
A. Yes. We believe some owners will operate multiple units. We offer discounts on initial franchise fees for owners who commit up front to more than one studio.
Q. How much space do I need for this studio?
A. Between 1,000 and 2,000 square feet with adequate parking and drive by traffic. We have specific site criteria, recommended co-tenants and other community factors and demographics which will help you evaluate real estate. It is important to find the right location for your REBELXL studio space.
Q. How long does it take to open?
A. You should be able to open in 6 to 9 months, depending on how quickly you complete the pre-opening steps and training.
Q. How many employees are needed to operate the studio?
A. Typically between 2 and 4 full time and part time employees with an instructor available for each class conducted.
Q. What are the startup costs and what do they include?
A. Startup funding includes the initial franchise fee and other estimated costs such as 3rd party professional fees, insurance, equipment, furniture, initial marketing and 3-months of working capital. Visit Start up Investment page or see if you are pre-qualified.
Q. How much will the business make in a year?
A. We will be able to share our Financial Performance Representation, called an Item 19, in our Franchise Disclosure Document which highlights affiliate performance and history. This can be a useful tool to help you evaluate the revenue potential of your individual business.
